The Chamber wants to help you promote your business, so as the holidays get closer let me know if you have something going, like a sale, special or a promotion, and I will get the word out for you…free. The Chamber is here to help promote your business. If you have a business stake in this community it can best be safeguarded by working with others through the Chamber of Commerce to protect and advance all businesses. You will help to insure this community’s progress which in turn insures the success of your business. It’s a win win; try it!

Chamber members: 3…2…1…Talent Showcase Studios is using this service to get the word out about its Halloween party.

Halloween is right around the corner and the kids love parties, so take them to a free one. It will be held on Saturday, Oct. 31 at the Palms Plaza Shopping Center located at 3131 Foothill Blvd. #H in La Crescenta. Children are invited be from 10 a.m. to noon and the teens from noon until 2 p.m. There will be games, contests, prizes and a free acting class. Give Mae a call at (818) 353-5455.

Mark your calendar for Wednesday, Nov. 4. Scholl Canyon Estates is hosting a mixer for the Chamber from 6 to 8 p.m. at 1551 E. Chevy Chase Drive in Glendale. Come meet the people in your community and have a fun time.
