On Aug. 1, applications opened for 2022 Elks Most Valuable Student Scholarship. Judging criteria includes academics, leadership, financial needs and service. Scholarship awards range from $4,000 to $50,000 (paid over four years). To submit an application, visit enf.elks.org/MVS.
