St. Bede in La Cañada is celebrating its 75th anniversary as a cornerstone in the Foothills community.

On Saturday, Nov. 7, a special anniversary Mass will be celebrated with Bishop Albert Bahhuth followed by a cocktail reception. This event is open to the entire community. It is hoped that longtime parishioners, alumni, neighbors and friends will attend who have been part of St. Bede’s 75-year history.

The following Saturday, Nov. 14, St. Bede will host our Diamond Jubilee Gala, with a limited number of tickets available. The event begins with a cocktail reception at 5 p.m. followed by program and dinner at 7 p.m. The attire is formal cocktail. Tickets are $250 each and limited to the first 300 people.

The event will be held in the St. Bede parish hall. Note that on this day the 5:30 p.m. Mass will be moved to 4:30 p.m. to accommodate the event. RSVP by Nov. 4.
