Jan. 1, 1939 – April 28, 2025

Sandra, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and partner, passed away peacefully on April 28 in La Crescenta at the age of 86.
Born on Jan. 1, 1939, Sandra lived a life full of love, laughter and adventure. She was the proud mother of four children – Theresa, JoAnn, Michael and Nancy – and the cherished grandmother to eight and great-grandmother to 15. She shared the later years of her life with her devoted partner Blake.
Sandra had a deep love for the simple joys in life. She was passionate about cars, especially her prized 1949 Ford and 1951 Ford convertible, both of which earned her numerous trophies at car shows. She found joy in the outdoors, particularly during camping trips surrounded by loved ones. In the kitchen, she was known for her unforgettable meatballs and beef stroganoff – meals like these that brought together family and created lasting memories.
Family meant everything to Sandra. She valued connection, tradition and the bonds that last a lifetime. Her adoration for her dogs was unmatched – they were never far from her side and always held a special place in her heart.
Sandra will be laid to rest alongside her late husband, Joseph, a reunion of love and a lifetime of shared memories. Her warmth, strength and vibrant spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Her legacy lives on in the lives she touched and the stories that will continue to be told in her honor. A private burial will be held on May 23 at Forest Lawn. 

A celebration of life will be held with close family and friends on May 24 at her residence. In lieu of flowers, please donate to your local animal rescue in her name.
