The suspect shown here is responsible for several ID theft and fraud cases in the Crescenta Valley Station area. The suspect opens fraudulent credit cards to make online purchases and has the items sent to the victims’ address. Prior to arrival, the suspect re-routes the items to local postal and shipping stores for pickup. The suspect is using IDs containing the victims’ address information and the suspect’s photo.
