On Thursday, Nov. 5 at noon a burglary occurred in the 1500 block of Winchester Avenue in Glendale. The male suspect entered the 90-year-old victim’s unlocked home. He asked the victim if she remembered him and insisted they had met before. He stated he was a contractor and asked to look at her upstairs windows. She allowed him to go upstairs. He left the home shortly after and the victim later discovered jewelry missing.
