 Nov. 27

4600 block of Crown Avenue in La Cañada Flintridge, gardening equipment was stolen from a truck parked in a driveway between 9 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.

 4500 block of Rosemont Avenue in La Crescenta, a catalytic converter was stolen from a Honda. The caller reported seeing a silver Nissan pull up next to the Honda; an unknown person stepped out of the vehicle with a car jack in hand. Later the person got back into the Nissan and drove out of view. It was discovered the catalytic converter had been stolen.
The theft occurred at 7:06 a.m.


Nov. 23

5000 block of Ramsdell Avenue in La Crescenta, a catalytic converter was stolen from a Prius that was parked in an alleyway near the vehicle owner’s residence between Nov. 23 and Nov. 28.

2400 block of Olive Avenue in La Crescenta, a woman reported parking her unlocked vehicle in front of her home for a few hours then drove to the Rose Bowl to go for a run. While she was there she received a call that several of her credit cards had been used at a variety of locations; she had not given her permission for anyone to use her credit cards.

She discovered the credit cards had been stolen between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m.

Nov. 21

4900 block of Ramsdell Avenue in La Crescenta, a catalytic converter was stolen from a vehicle. Neighbors reported hearing a saw and cutting noises at 2 a.m.

Nov. 18

2500 block of Montrose Avenue in Montrose, a catalytic converter was stolen from a vehicle parked on the street near the location overnight.

Nov. 17

900 block of Regent Park Drive in La Cañada Flintridge, the glass to a French door window was smashed and a chandelier was stolen from a garage. Glass pieces from the chandelier were found on the driveway. It does not appear anyone entered the home.

Surveillance footage revealed a light skin male with a thin build, wearing a grey hoodie, grey sweatpants, a mask, blue gloves and back shoes running down the victim’s driveway. A second person who appeared to be a male, wearing a brown jacket, blue jeans and a neck gaiter that covered his face and neck also running down the driveway. On Nov. 19, the suspects entered a grey/blue SUV with a dent on the rear passenger side and drove away from the area. What appeared to be the same vehicle was seen parked at the location on Nov. 12 as well.

The theft occurred between Nov. 17 and Nov. 23.

Nov. 16

3000 block of Paraiso Way in La Crescenta, several clay pots were stolen from residence between 10 a.m. and noon.

Nov. 6

800 block of Foothill Boulevard in La Cañada Flintridge, two iPhones were stolen from a store between 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
