On Oct. 17, in the area of Western Avenue and Victory Boulevard, a woman and her 11-year-old child were waiting in a parking lot. The child got out of their vehicle while the mother remained inside. As the child stood in the lot a vehicle approached him with a male driver and a female passenger. The male was completely naked and attempted to get the child’s attention by waiving him toward his vehicle.

When the mother saw what was happening she yelled at the man and woman and they drove out of the parking lot and out of sight.

The vehicle was described as a 1999-2006 gray or silver BMW X5. The victim believes the license plate contained the letters L-M-N or L-N-M.

The male was described as in his 40s or 50s with white or graying hair. The female was described as between 45 and 50 years of age with dark shoulder length hair.
