National Charity League, Inc., Glendale Chapter is holding its annual holiday boutique on Sunday with vendors returning 20% of proceeds to support the League’s philanthropic outreach. The one-day event takes place from noon to 4 p.m. at the Thursday Club, 4440 Woodleigh Lane, in La Cañada.

Event co-chairs Maria Howard-Lopez and Nancy Mercolino will assemble 30 new and returning vendors selling fashionable clothing, accessories, fine jewelry, exquisite home accessories, art and gourmet food items and plenty of gift items appropriate for teenagers. Shoppers can also purchase and enjoy gourmet lunches at the event catered by the National Charity League Juniors.

Credit cards and checks will be accepted.

Last year, NCL Glendale assisted the La Cañada, La Crescenta, Glendale and Burbank areas with more than 10,707 hours of service and $47,000 to special projects for their charities, some of which are Habitat for Humanity, Glendale YWCA, Special Olympics and Glendale Adventist Play to Learn Pediatric Therapy Center.
