In response to rumors at the high school yesterday regarding a possible safety issue today on campus, Principal Linda Junge released the following message yesterday:

Hello Falcon Families

In the spirit of rumor control, we are reaching out to reassure all that our campus is safe.

Rumors were reported to the school earlier this afternoon (Wednesday)  regarding concerns of campus safety tomorrow (today, Thursday). Administration worked closely with law-enforcement to investigate fully, tracing rumors back through multiple people to the original source of a thoughtless comment that was made, overheard and then misconstrued.

We are confident that campus is safe, and that there is no threat. Please rest well, and we will see you in the morning.
