On Wednesday Sept. 4 around 8:30 a.m., two suspcts were seen burglarizing vehicles in the  1900 block of Foothill Boulevard in La Cañada Flintridge. The suspects stole property from the vehicles and then used the credit cards to purchase items from Rite Aid and CVS in Los Angeles.
