Over the course of two weeks, students in the Academy of Science and Medicine at Crescenta Valley High School stuffed approximately 4,000-plus “swag bags” for local health care heroes and community members. Under the direction of CVHS senior president Shant Kevorkian of the Academy of Science and Medicine at CVHS and a lead volunteer at Adventist Health Glendale, the exercise coincided with Adventist Health Glendale celebrating 115-plus years of serving the Glendale community.
