Daniel Auther was arraigned on Wednesday where he pled not guilty. He was arrested on Aug. 8 by deputies from Crescenta Valley Sheriff’s Station as the alleged driver of a fatal hit-and-run accident involving a pedestrian in La Cañada Flintridge.
His next court date is Oct. 27.
