3700 block of Chevy Chase Drive in La Cañada, deputies responded to a home regarding the activation of a burglary alarm. When they arrived they found a backyard gate open and a jewelry box on the ground with a bracelet lying next to it. After an investigation deputies discovered the rear bedroom window had been smashed at 2:20 p.m.
1200 block of Homewood Lane in La Cañada, a resident reported that she was watching television in her bedroom when she heard a noise coming from a sliding glass door. She pulled the curtain aside from the glass door and saw two suspects. She yelled and the suspects fled the area. The glass door had been shattered.
The incident occurred at 8:28 p.m.
2800 block of Markridge Road in La Crescenta, a bedroom window was shattered at a home between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m.
4400 block of Chevy Chase Drive in La Cañada, the front passenger window was shattered and a briefcase and several personal items were stolen from a vehicle between 8:45 p.m. and 9:45 p.m.
2700 block of Starfall Drive in La Crescenta, an iPad, laptop computer and other items were stolen from an unlocked vehicle overnight.
1900 block of Foothill Boulevard in La Cañada, a vehicle was vandalized with a long scratch along the rear left quarter panel between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m.
