Outdoor Lighting Survey
Los Angeles County residents of La Crescenta-Montrose can soon take part in a Community Lighting Survey. The County Dept. of Regional Planning will be mailing a survey form to all property owners.
The purpose is to assess whether the current regulations for outdoor lighting along residential streets in the community should be maintained or a different approach should be initiated. The results of the survey will be used by the County to identify the lighting needs of the community and develop an action program.
One survey per property will be accepted. All surveys must be turned in no later than Aug. 7 by midnight. Mail to Los Angeles County Dept. of Regional Planning, 320 W. Temple St., 13th Floor, Room 1360, Los Angeles, CA 90012; take a picture or scan the survey and email to csainz@planning.lacounty.gov (put Survey in subject line); drop off at the La Crescenta Library, 2809 Foothill Blvd. (place inside the Survey Box at the front desk) or drop off at the Crescenta Valley Sheriff’s station, 4554 Briggs Ave.
