2100 block of Crescent Avenue in La Crescenta, an unlocked vehicle was ransacked overnight.

May 23

1800 block of Foothill Boulevard in La Cañada, the front passenger side window was shattered and personal items were stolen from a vehicle between 5:50 p.m. and 6:20 p.m.

1900 block of Foothill Boulevard in La Cañada, a man reported that he placed his wallet and iPhone in a gym bag, which he then placed in a locker at the gym. He locked the locker. He then returned and noticed the locker door slightly cracked but his lock was still in place. He found, though, that someone had gone through his gym bag and stole his wallet and iPhone. He later was notified that someone had used his ATM card to withdraw funds at a bank.

The theft occurred between 2 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.

May 22

4600 block of Crown Avenue in La Cañada, an iPhone charger and other items were stolen from an unlocked vehicle between midnight and 7:50 a.m.

May 21

2800 block of Willowhaven Drive in La Crescenta, deputies responded to an activated alarm at a home. When they arrived they found the front door of the home open. A further investigation found that bedrooms had been ransacked and personal items belonging to the homeowner were on the bedroom floor. There were no suspects at the home when deputies arrived.

Surveillance footage revealed an unknown male suspect walking out of the front door of the home. He was holding in his hand what appeared to be a gun.  Other surveillance footage revealed a silver Nissan sedan parked near the residence at the same time. Moments later two hooded men in dark clothing walking toward the residence. The men appeared to be looking through the rear patio sliding doors of the kitchen and living room. One of the suspects shattered the living room sliding glass door and entered the home. Later the two suspects were seen on the footage running out through the front door carrying a pillowcase. The silver Nissan had pulled in front of the home and the two suspects entered the vehicle that drove out of sight.

The burglary occurred at 1:04 p.m.

May 20

800 block of Chehalem Road in La Cañada, the rear glass door was shattered, rooms were ransacked and personal items were stolen from a home.

The burglary occurred between 4:30 p.m. on May 20 and 11:30 a.m. on May 21.

May 19

900 block of Town Center Drive in La Cañada, two suspects entered a store and stole two vacuums between 10:40 a.m. and 10:46 a.m.
