All are invited to attend a Community Coffee Chat with Assemblymember Nick Schultz on Saturday, May 30 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Sadler Hall located on the campus of St. Luke’s of the Mountains Episcopal Church, 2563 Foothill Blvd. in La Crescenta.
It is going to be a “casual” chat where community members are encouraged to share their thoughts, concerns and “solutions on state-related legislation and community matters.”
Schultz was first elected to the Assembly in 2024 where he represents Assembly District 44, which includes La Crescenta, Montrose, Glendale, Sunland-Tujunga, Toluca Lake and Studio City.
He is the chair of the Public Safety Committee and a member of the Budget, Budget Subcommittee No. 6 on Public Safety, Natural Resources Committee, and the Utilities and Energy Committee.
Saturday’s talk will give residents a chance to share their concerns about a number of issues being decided in Sacramento that affect the local community.
