Los Angeles County Public Health has reported 40 new deaths in the county bringing the total number of deaths due to COVID-19 to 1,793.

Public Health announced the new total of positive COVID-19 cases to 37,303 cases in LA County, which is 1044 new cases from yesterday.  

This total number includes 833 cases of COVID-19 reported for the City of Glendale, 47 in La Cañada Flintridge, 141 in Eagle Rock, 118 in Sunland and 96 in Tujunga. In the unincorporated areas of LA County, Angeles National Forest continues to report zero cases, Altadena has reported 124 and La Crescenta Montrose has reported 24 cases.
