Joseph Sanchez, 25, will be in court on June 22 and will be facing seven counts regarding lewd acts with children under the age of 14 and one count of possessing child pornography. The charges were filed by the office of the Los Angeles County District Attorney. 

At the time of his arrest on Dec. 20, 2025 Sanchez was employed by a third party contractor, Covelo, and worked at several Glendale Unified School District schools as a special education assistant.
