Armstrong Garden Centers are among the businesses that are reopening while practicing social distancing and COVID-19 guidelines.
“Our employee-owners are ready to serve you,” according to Armstrong.
In-store shopping is open as of today, May 6. The business will implement additional safety protocols including advising people who are experiencing symptoms of respiratory illness, including fever or cough, to please refrain from coming to the store. There will be a limited number of customers in the store to ensure social distancing. There will be a concierge available to assist customers. The employees ask that parties consisting of two people or less to respect those who may be waiting to enter. They are requiring face coverings while waiting and shopping. No pets are allowed. Social distancing of six feet will be practiced at all times. They will be accepting debit and credit cards only.
Armstrong Garden Centers is located in La Cañada at 1515 Foothill Blvd. In Glendale a Garden Center is located at 5816 San Fernando Road. The Garden Center will have special hours for seniors age 60 and older from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. daily. Regular hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
