4400 block of Cornishon Avenue in La Cañada Flintridge, a purse was stolen and the front passenger window was smashed on a vehicle reported at 9:20 a.m.


March 6
4400 block of Commonwealth Avenue in La Cañada, when a resident arrived home she discovered the bottom pane of glass in a door had been removed and the screen cut.  She also discovered the rear sliding door and screen leading from her home to the backyard was open. The master bedroom and bathroom in the home had been ransacked and jewelry boxes were emptied on the floor. Nothing appeared to have been taken.
The woman reported when she arrived she had driven past a black, four-door truck that was parked in front of her home. The truck immediately left the area as she pulled into her driveway.
The incident occurred between 9:30 a.m. and 12:15 p.m.


500 block of Foothill Boulevard in La Cañada, deputies responded to a burglary alarm call and found the front glass door to Flintridge Pharmacy shattered. There was no report of anything missing at the time. The alarm call was at 2:33 a.m.
