John Drayman was in the court today for a status conference. His trial date is scheduled for about April 16.

In today’s conference, his lawyer Sean McDonald offered a plea deal that would require 5 years probation and 90 days in county jail.

“I won’t be accepting that,” replied Judge Steven Marcus of LA Superior Court. Marcus made mention that Drayman was a former Glendale mayor that held a position of trust.

McDonald asked and Marcus accepted another status hearing for Wednesday, March 12.
