A motorcyclist was involved in an accident on Feb. 8 at about 3:45 p.m. near the intersection of Honolulu Avenue, Verdugo Boulevard and Verdugo Road. 

It was a solo motorcycle crash. The victim was a 60-year-old male who was traveling northbound on Verdugo Road and turning eastbound onto Verdugo Boulevard when he lost control of his motorcycle. He complained of a head injury and was transported to Huntington Hospital; he did not have any memory of the accident, according to Lt. Steve Corrigan, Glendale Police Dept. spokesman.
