According to a CV sheriffs spokesperson, mandatory evacuations north of 5524 Ocean View Boulevard began shortly after 2 p.m. on Monday afternoon. This is the Paradise Valley area of Ocean View Boulevard.
Roger Young of the Fire Safe Council said that Starfall residents have reported that the small Starfall basin is almost full. Starfall residents have begun to self evacuate.
