A woman in her 40s was hit by a vehicle on Rosemont and Fairmount avenues at about 9:50 this morning.

The woman was running down Rosemont Avenue when she was struck by a vehicle that appeared to be making a right turn traveling westbound on Fairmount Avenue.

“[The woman] was transported to Huntington Memorial with a bump on her head,” said Capt. Matthews of Los Angeles County Fire Dept. Station 63.

LACoFD engine 63 and squad 19 responded.
