Foothill MWD hosted the 2026 “Being Water Wise Is” student art contest recognition event during the District’s September board of directors meeting.
Among the winners of this year’s competition was Crescenta Valley High School 10th grade student Juliet Harvey.

The District believes long-term water conservation starts with students and ensures the future of the community. Educating students through water creativity and artistic format help instill lifelong water conservation minded thinking.
The annual art contest is open to students in Altadena, La Crescenta and La Cañada Flintridge in grades from kindergarten to high school. The winners of Foothill MWD art contest shall be entered into Metropolitan Water District’s Student Art Calendar Contest.
