Registration is now open for Action League of the Foothills ALFie Players fall production of Disney’s “101 Dalmatians KIDS.” A classic tale of good vs. evil, the story follows Pongo and Perdita on their search for their puppies kidnapped by Cruella de Vil with hopes of creating a Dalmatian fur coat. Student actors in grades three through six will learn singing, choreography and stage presence while telling the adventures of these determined Dalmatian parents. All skill levels are welcome!

Katelyn Fike Evenson will direct this adventure, assisted by Tristan Waldron. This is the ninth year this talented team has worked with ALF’s drama program. Fike’s many credits include previous ALF productions “Willy Wonka KIDS,” “The Lion King KIDS” and, more recently, “Finding Nemo KIDS.” This new production of Disney’s “101 Dalmatians KIDS” promises to entertain both cast and audience.

Rehearsals for the nine-week workshop begin on Aug. 18 and continue Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:15-5 p.m. until the final week, Oct. 12-16, when there are daily rehearsals. The program culminates with an exciting performance, free for everyone to enjoy, at Lanterman Auditorium at 7 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 16.

Registration is now open and will close on Aug. 17 at 5 p.m. The program fee of $350 includes class materials, T-shirt and cast photo.
