Eighth grade students at Holy Redeemer Middle School were busy studying before heading to the Los Angeles Archdiocese Academic Decathlon at the Los Angeles Sports Arena. For this year’s competition, 110 schools have registered to participate. Students will compete individually in eight subjects (art, current events, English, literature, math, religion, science, and social studies) and as a team in logic and Super Quiz topics.
