ace/121 Presents Lori Markman’s ‘Magical Landscapes’

The community is invited to immerse their soul and spirit in soothing, peaceful and beautiful art. “Magical Landscapes” by Lori Markman are mixed media collages that were created to sooth troubled spirits and were inspired by traditional Japanese landscape art.

The exhibit continues through March 22..

Additionally, on March 1 and March 15 from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. join Shawni for a soundbath experience. The cost is $15 per person. Participation is limited. Please sign up at http://www.ace121gallery.com. Participants will be lying on the floor, so please bring a yoga mat, blanket or something comfortable to lie on.

On Saturday, March 8 from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. there will be a live performance and talk by Kozue Matsumoto on the koto, a traditional Japanese harp.

On Saturday, March 22 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. the closing reception and artist talk for “Magical Landscapes” takes place.

ace 121 Gallery hours are Wednesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

There is a parking structure right next to the Gallery off of North Louise Street. Access to the Gallery is also available from 121 N. Kenwood St. in Glendale.

Admission to the Gallery is free except for the soundbath special event.

The Gallery is located behind the ace/121 Artist Complex.
