The building that was the previous location of The Mix, before that Lady Jane’s, in the 2600 block of Honolulu Avenue in Montrose, was torn down to make way for a 28-unit building. According to Phillip Lanzafame from the City of Glendale, the construction can continue as long as workers follow COVID-19 safety precautions.
