The Chamber’s Halloween Fun Run last week was just that… fun! The weather was gorgeous as close to 300 people lined up at Two Strike Park for the 5K run-walk along the La Crescenta foothills. Principals from local schools were there, some in silly costumes, to run alongside the many students who signed up. We’ll tell you which school brought the most students next week.

Taix Workout Studio led the warm-ups, the 5K and the one-mile Pumpkin Run for the little ones. All the Pumpkin runners got a special medal. In the 5K, first and second place winners in each age group received medals.

Upcoming Events
November mixer jackpot is up to $900! Hosted by Jeero Habeshian of the Glencrest Team, the mixer will be held at Dilbeck Real Estate, 2943 Foothill Blvd., La Crescenta on Wednesday, Nov. 8 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The cost is $10 for members and non-members.
