Spring has Officially Sprung!

Melinda Clarke

According to the calendar, March 21 was the first day of spring! Since then, however, we have had lots of rain, many cloudy days and cold temperatures. Spring seems to be off to a late start. Here in Montrose-Verdugo City the rain has made our hillsides green, giving life to all the beautiful wild flowers and awakened the trees to bring forth their fresh leaves. The shops down in Montrose are filled with beautiful spring offerings for your home, your yard, your kids and yourself. Come to Montrose, sit outside for dinner with your family or coffee with friends, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Come walk in our parks or hike in the hills. Montrose has something to offer for everyone. Remember when you are out shopping for your kids’ Easter baskets or spring decorations for your home or yard: shop local and shop Montrose-Verdugo city.
