Ladies, We have a Rose for You on Valentine’s Day!

We love Valentine’s Day in the Montrose Shopping Park! This Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., or until they run out, “Charlie Chaplin” will be on the corner of Honolulu and Ocean View handing out a free long stem rose to each woman shopping that day. When you meet “Charlie” be sure take a photo to share with all your friends! There will also be a “kissing booth” backdrop for more pics. As you receive your rose, a thank you from our merchants for shopping local, enjoy live background music from guitarist Dave Winstone. With all the newness in Montrose, this is the perfect day to check out the stores and go heart hunting. Happy Valentine’s Day!!!

It’s a Smooch Contest at Merle Norman

Okay, ladies, who has the most kissable lips? Starting Feb. 8 to Feb. 14, Merle Norman Montrose is holding a Most Kissable Lips Contest. They invite you to stop by, try on a new lipstick, and give them a smooch … on a “post it” that is.  Free samples will be given and no purchase is required. The contest will end at 5 p.m. on Feb.14 at their Valentine’s Day open house. The top winner will win a basket of lip products with the lip color of their choice. Two runners up will win a lip color of their choice. How long since you’ve tried a new lipstick? Fun!

Montrose Turns 102! Let’s Celebrate!

Sunday, Feb. 22 is another day you will want to be here! The merchants of the Montrose Shopping Park are throwing a big birthday bash with free cake, a Rancho-style barbeque, strolling mariachis and more! Of course, our Sunday Harvest Market will be going strong, and there will be lots of shop & dine fun! Come to Montrose this week! You’ll be glad you did.
