Embracing the New Year

Stepping into 2020 with new Montrose~Verdugo City Chamber of Commerce members: TABSCO, our newest chamber member, is located at 3616 Foothill Blvd. in La Crescenta. TABSCO stands for Taxes Audits Bookkeeping Services Company. It is a family-owned business that was started in 1980 by two women who are sisters-in-law. In addition to a 39-year foundation, the members of the staff are all alumni/ae of Crescenta Valley High School. They not only kept it in the family, but also in the community. The services they offer include IRS audit help and they recently added professional organizing services for home and business offices; bookkeeping for personal and small businesses; notary services in the office or they can come to you.

Ashley Walker Photography. A local child and family photographer (serving Montrose, La Crescenta, Glendale, La Cañada and surrounding cities), this business is run by a mom of two small children. Ashley Walker is a La Crescenta resident who brings with her a special touch for maternity, newborn, holiday and milestone shoots (see photo at right). Building upon that foundation, Ashley is also a natural light photographer, working primarily outdoors. In our foothills community there are so many wonderful spots to choose for a photo shoot.

Ashley also offers a twist to her services that makes it easy and affordable for everyone: easy and quick 15-minute “mini sessions” available at very affordable rates starting as low as $75.
