The Crescenta Valley Sheriff’s Annual Rummage Sale was held on July 28 at the CV Sheriff’s Station.

“It went very well,” said Dep. Alex Covian. “We sold the majority of items [and] got a very positive response from customers.”

There was a long line prior to the gate opening at 7 a.m. Those looking for good deals rushed into the back parking lot of the station, snapping up deals quickly.

Covian added the recurring comment was, “I can’t believe how low the prices are.”

The rummage sale is a fundraiser sponsored by the station volunteers. Proceeds benefit the CV Station by providing money for various volunteer activities during the year.

Books, furniture, housewares and more were for sale at great prices.
