As of May 16 the YMCA of the Foothills’ Annual Support Campaign has successfully raised $130,000 thanks to the hard work of its staff, dedicated volunteers and members (some of whom have been part of this campaign for over 45 years), supportive board members and the entire community. However, the campaign is not yet finished. This year’s theme is Foothills Strong, reflecting the Y’s commitment to providing its critical services to the community by coming together more than ever.  

The mission-driven campaign aims to raise $150,000 and the Y urges community members who are able to contribute to consider making a donation. Every contribution directly supports the Y’s financial aid efforts, ensuring everyone can access its membership, programs and critical services regardless of financial circumstances. 

Every donation matters. While a $25 donation provides a life-changing swim lesson for one child, a $1,200 donation provides 30 children with the same opportunity in group swim lessons for an entire month.
