Lucy Newcombe, a senior in human development and family science, and Carlo F. Rizzo, a junior studying management, were among the students who earned a place on the Oregon State University scholastic honor roll winter term 2019.

To be on the honor roll, students must carry at least 12 graded hours of course work with a grade point average of 3.5.
