Dilbeck Real Estate Real Living welcomed Kimberly Schulke, CRP, as the newest member of its Relocation and Corporate Services Dept. Dilbeck Real Estate is one of the largest independent real estate firms in the greater northeast Los Angeles area, with 14 offices and more than 750 sales associates. Schulke previously served as vice president of corporate services for another Los Angeles-based firm for 25 years. She was also president of the American Relocation Alliance, a group of real estate professionals formed to brainstorm best practices within the organization’s membership.

In her role at Dilbeck as business development manager, Schulke works alongside the department’s seasoned team, including Marlene Coakes, CRP, relocation director; Maggie Ikemi, CRP, business development manager; and Jeff Maddock, Internet customer care manager, to serve Dilbeck’s corporate clients and agents. Together this group has more than 100 years of experience in real estate and corporate services.
