Plea Entered in Honolulu Manor Case

By Mary O’KEEFE Thomas Sands, the attorney for Honolulu Manor Senior Apartments owner Elias Shokrian and Montrose LP, entered a plea of not guilty on behalf of his clients to criminal charges stemming from non-working elevators in the senior apartment complex on Honolulu Avenue. The next court date was set for Aug. 21.
