Mike and Sandy Kobeissi met and welcomed former President Joe Biden and personality Jay Leno on Wednesday, April 8 when the pair stopped by Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream in La Cañada. They had traveled through the Angeles National Forest before stopping by the shop, which is located adjacent to Kobeissi Properties in La Cañada.
