Early Voting Locations Open

Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk Office will have 10 sites available this weekend and the weekend before Election Day for voters to cast their ballots early.

Early voting has already been available to registered voters at the Norwalk office, 12400 Imperial Highway, Norwalk. As of Wednesday, that office has issued 894 ballots in-person.

The Weekend Early Voting locations that are available closest to Crescenta Valley are Jackie Robinson Community Center, 1020 N. Fair Oaks Ave. in Pasadena in Multipurpose Room 400 and Lake View Terrace Library, 12002 Osborne St., Sylmar in the meeting room. These locations are also drop-off locations for vote-by-mail ballots. If voters already completed a vote-by-mail ballot, there is no reason to wait in line. They can just drop off their completed ballot.

Those who are participating in the Weekend Early Voting program will be using the ink-a-vote system, which is used at polling places on Election Day. Voters will be given a vote-by-mail ballot and asked to fill in selections. Participants who are in line at the location by 4 p.m. will be able to cast their vote.

Eligible voters who missed the registration deadline still have a chance to cast a ballot this election. Voters can visit the Norwalk office or any of the weekend early voting sites to request a conditional register provisional ballot.
