The Footsteps of Voyager

A documentary that covers the amazing missions of Voyagers I and 2 will be screened at the Beckman Auditorium at the California Institute of Technology on Oct. 28 at 7:30 p.m.

“The Footsteps of Voyager” is a rare glimpse into life at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory as it laid the foundation for planetary exploration.

The writer/director/producer Blaine Baggett and Voyager team members will give opening remarks prior to the screening.

The 60-minute film, a production of JPL, brings alive again the dramatic experiences of the first-encounters at the giant planets Uranus and Neptune.

“The Footsteps of Voyager” is part of the ongoing series “JPL and the Beginnings of the Space Age.”

This is a free event with no tickets or reservations required. Space is available on a first-come, first-seated basis.

Caltech is located at 1200 E. California Ave. in Pasadena.
