LASD was in the process of a serving an eviction in the 3800 block of Orangedale Avenue in Montrose this afternoon (Monday) when they discovered a deceased elderly male at the location, said Sgt. Chu of the Crescenta Valley Sheriff’s Station. The Homicide Unit is  investigating.
