Community and Pennsylvania avenues in La Crescenta, a 46-year-old Whittier man was cited for driving without a valid California driver’s license.

3800 block of Park Place in Montrose, the rear driver’s side window was smashed and several CDs were stolen from a vehicle between 8 a.m. and 11 p.m.

2400 block of Laughlin Avenue in La Crescenta, a window was shattered on a vehicle, nothing was reported stolen between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m.
2200 block of Foothill Boulevard in La Cañada, a 56-year-old Los Angeles man was arrested after he allegedly called 911 several times asking deputies to arrest him because he was drunk and had warrants. Deputies responded to the location and reportedly found the man staggering with a slurred speech pattern. He was arrested for being drunk in public at 2:05 p.m.
