On Wednesday, March 28, the Glendale Police Dept. conducted training in the skies surrounding the downtown Glendale area. The Glendale police helicopter was used to transport officers to the helicopter pads located atop some of the city’s tallest buildings. The training allowed officers and pilots to become familiar with this unique style of officer deployment.

The training took place between the hours of 8 a.m. and noon.
