March 4
2600 block of Foothill Boulevard in La Crescenta, an employee reported several liquor bottles were stolen from a display case located in the store. Surveillance footage revealed a man, described as wearing a black jacket, black mask, black pants and black shoes, entering the store with a black duffle bag in a shopping cart. He took a crowbar out of the bag, pried open the two locked cabinets, stole several bottles and placed them into the duffle bag. He then left the store at 11:17 p.m. carrying the duffle bag

March 3
1400 block of El Vago Street in La Cañada Flintridge, a resident received a notice from USPS that a package was delivered to her home. When she arrived at her residence she found her mailbox was open and no sign of the package.
The theft occurred between midnight on March 3 and noon on March 4.

March 2
2600 block of Foothill Boulevard in La Crescenta, a store employee noticed several bottles of liquor were stolen from the secure cabinet. Surveillance footage revealed a man, described as white, wearing a gray jacket, black pants, black shoes and a tan baseball cap with “checkering,” entered the store and stood around the liquor area until all customers had left. He pried open the cabinet door and removed multiple boxes from the cabinet that contained liquor and placed them into a black bag that he then put in a shopping cart. He returned multiple times to the cabinet to remove more boxes. He then left the store with the items.

He returned again to the store, this time wearing a light-colored bag around his shoulders and torso. He continued to place more liquor into the new bag and left the area.
The incident originally occurred at 6:10 p.m.

Jan. 1
2700 block of Prospect Avenue in La Crescenta, a man reported that he had received the license plates for a car he had purchased but had not placed them on the car. He had kept them in the trunk and thought they were still there until he received a bill for a toll that showed an image of another vehicle that was not owned by him. He looked in the trunk of his vehicle and saw the plates were missing.
The theft occurred between Jan. 1 and Feb. 20.
