Excitement was in the air as the Crescenta Valley High School (CVHS) varsity cheerleaders traveled from La Crescenta to Folsom for the CIF state cheer championship at Folsom High School. There were 11 teams competing in their category. CVHS came in second place to receive a wooden CIF trophy shaped like California.
