Fremont Elementary Hosts Authors & Illustrators

The Assistance League of Glendale (ALG) recently hosted an Authors & Illustrators event at Fremont Elementary School. Throughout the year the League invites authors and illustrators to local schools to interact directly with readers to promote literacy, creativity and the joy of reading.

ALG also donated $2500 to the school’s library for the purchase of new books.
