Little Yogis at VV

Little Yogis is a group of students in first, second and third grade that meets once a week to practice moving mindfully with each breath. They come together on mats under the direction of first grade teacher Jodi Fitzgibbons at Valley View Elementary School, and move, play, and breathe together as a community.
