Traffic Slowed in Both Directions

The westbound 210 (Foothill) Freeway is backed up beginning in La Cañada for unknown reasons and the eastbound traffic is also slow due to a traffic collision involving two big rigs eastbound 210 at Lowell Avenue. Surface streets are clogged with overflow traffic.
